	Equipped for analysing basic and trace elements.

WET ANALYSIS LAB

MECHANICAL TESTING

	Universal testing machine capacity - 100 KN.
	Impect machine capacity 0-300 Joules - Charphy IZOD.
	Hardness testing machine - Rockwell hardness 'B' Scale - 100 HRB 'C' Scale- 60 HR Brinell hardness (HB) - 400 BHN.
	Electronically controlled Tensile, Yeild, Elongation Testing Machine, Calibrated to respective standards by 3rd party inspection agency.

	Computerised micro scope to analysis and verify the micro structure of steel castings produced.
